Welcome

Welcome is walking into my house at the end of a long day at work.  Welcome is a hot cup of tea with cookies on the side.  Welcome is a purring cat in my lap.  Welcome is an inbox full of exciting and friendly emails.  Welcome is a deck full of green thriving plants.  Welcome is always welcomed.  How are you welcoming others in your life today?  How are you welcoming yourself?

  1. Welcome is my daughter hugging me when I pick her up from school. Welcome is my wife kissing me when she comes home from work. Welcome is a room full writers encouraging each other to stick at it. Welcome is a faith community accepting people where they are knowing that we're all on the same path and those in front are there to guide the ones behind them. Blessings to you.

  3. Welcome is kissing my sweet husband when I get home. Welcome is the cute little chirps from my 'tiels. Welcome is taking off my work clothes and centering myself by putting on an apron.
